Just tell her you like her in a casual way. Try something like "I think you are really cool (sweet, nice, whatever works for you) and I would like to get to know you better." Then ask her out. Have something in mind specifically like hanging out somewhere together or the movies. If she doesn't feel that way about you, that's ok, you will have gained experience in asking someone out.

Does she blush when you speak with her ? Does she make eye contact? Does she stay with you when you talk to her vs. making a quick exit ?
A girl won't know you like her unless you speak with her, and perhaps if you get to know her, you won't like her as much as you think you do. Dunno.
Just remember to be polite, hold door for her, help her out with schoolwork, etc., and be clean (clean clothes, clean nails, clean teeth, clean hair, and fresh breath). Good luck.

you might just at first talk 2 her and show her that u are interested in her and then do the basic thing... ask her.
