So I have been on a diet and I know that is not enough. I work behind a desk all day. I need to exercise! I dont have the money for a gym or equipment. What are the best excercises to burn lots of calories I can do with out spending money. I thought about jogging but have never jogged in my life. How do I go from not ever jogging to jogging. If I jog I at least want to look like I know what I am doing, even if i dont....I dont wana go out looking like some wild woman scared for her life....LOL
I am serious about this so dont tell me to get my **** off the couch...LoL ! " I know how some of you are cause I am one of you sometimes too" te,he,he!

I've been running for about 6 - 7 years, it really is one of the best ways to loose weight and keep fit, it also gives you a great feeling after you have recovered as if floods your brain with endorphins which are the 'feel good' hormones.

I remember the first run i ever did, i ran about 100 yards and i was completley exhausted, and you will be too the first time, you might wanna try walking first, but if you do a short run, even if it's only a few minutes, run until you are worn out, then the next time you go for a run you'll find it just a little easier and will be able to go a little further, build it up slowly like this.

It took a long time to build up a decent run, but now a 5 - 10 kilometer run is easy and enjoyable, i'd recomend starting, oh and don't give a **** what you look like to other people.

Walking is a good way to shed pounds. If you walk 30 minutes a day thats good enough. Well you can try the walking then if you're ready you can gradually work your way up to jogging. You need to start somewhere. :)

start walking first, for at least half an hour every day. once you feel comfortable & confident enough to jog, start jogging. and make sure the diet you're on is the right one.

walk there is no problem in excuresing so do it
