There's this woman that is really into my man. She continuously throws herself at him. She gets very depressed when he is "mad" at her. How can you tell someone like this to back off?

There is never an easy way to do this. You should practice on some of your friends, but definitely approach the person if you know her. You can start of like..."Hi, I'm so and so. You may not know this but (insert name) and I are in a comitted relationship. I really don't appreciate your behavior when he is around. It actually upsets me. I hope you don't mind."

I can't even take you seriously, you posted the link to your myspace right on your yahooanswers page, of course some freaks are going to message you - if you want that to stop, don't be putting it out like that. And, it's set to public, anyone can access it.. you're not putting up much effort to keep yourself from talking to all them strangers.

there is no nice way really if you really want to keep your man then tell her straight up that she needs to back off even if she does get sad cause then your going to be sadder whenever she ends up taking your man so really just tell her that she needs to back off!!!

You say in a nice voice, "BACK OFF, LITTLE GIRL" but honestly, why doesn't your man take care of that? He should let her know he's unavailable & most important, uninterested.

You can't tell her nicely. You must be aggressive and tell her if she so much touches your man, you will break her legs.

if he is already telling her to back off why worry?? if you get involved she may go ballistic -- better to trust your guy and let him handle it
maybe let him know it is upsetting you and he could be a bit more forceful in telling her to "get lost"
