How can someone lose that much weight in 3 months??? Ths person seems healthy, they're not sick, and they have not used drugs, surgery, or starvation. Just low calories and lots of cardio and exercise. Is that really possible?? What's the most any of you have lost in 3-4 months?

P.S. I've never seen anyone lose that much weight without surgery, and I know for a fact she has not had anything like that. I just don't get it. Is she an exception? I must be doing something wrong.

I guess it's possible. If one lost 5 lbs a week (which is easy to do when you are that much over weight), that would be 60 lbs. And weight melts off quickly when you are that heavy and you try hard, so yeah. I can see it.
