That means that if no license is found for your selection. then if you download it you are committing piracy of intellectual property and in violation of copyright law.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Just go ahead and download.

It is just telling you that the original owner will not be paid royalty for the material you will download.

that means that you can download it for free and it wont cost you any thing yes you can download it , it wont mess with your computer
