A bed-in-a-bag usually has a dust ruffle and shams inside. Check out Marshall's or TJ Maxx, they have beautiful designer sets really reasonable.

Durn near everywhere. Here, even the Dollar Store and Family Dollar store carry them, as do K-Mart and WalMart.
You might also check out www.overstock.com. They often have really good deals on good quality bedding.
