Trying to find tranquilizer gun, the kind we see on TV that takes down large animals. But most sites take you to blow guns.
Has anyone used a blow gun to immobilize a large animal? I'm trying to imagine how blowing into something has the same effect as a real gun.
Anybody have one for sale cheap?

First what are you going to use it for?
Second, are you of legal age to use a gun
like this?
Third, did you know that you have to register
tranquilizer guns? If you don't and you get caught it's
a class 3 misdemeanor.

Red Palmer developed and manufactured a tranquilizer gun in Douglasville Ga. under the name Capture. I worked for him in the mid 1960's when he had a large collection of exotic animals: 12 lions, 3 leopards,1 jaguar, 3 cheetahs, 3 chimps and more, most rescued animals. He was a very colorful character to say the least! I heard he even had an elephant later on.
