It is actually beneficial for people with certain eye problems and is used medically in many countries for that reason. It dilates the capillaries allowing for more blood flow.

THC (the active ingredient in MJ) is a vasodilator, it increases blood flow those capilaries, so it dilates the blood vessels of your eyes. It also reduces the intra-ocular pressure (which is why people with glaucoma are prescribed medicinal marijuana) and that might be another reason.

too much other stuff mixed in, horse trankwillizer (Ketomine) and stuff like rubber and plastic
