I first thought of Hadji, after a character on the US television animated series Jonny Quest (1964-65). He was wise and very cool. This has become an ethnic slur by US military against Iraquis, though. So, bad idea.

So, how about Hippalus, the Greek explorer who traveled the Red Sea and across the Indian Ocean. He discovered not only the route but the Monsoon wind also called Hippalus. Hippalus was probably the first (in the west) to recognize the north-south direction of India's westcoast. Only someone who has this insight would think crossing the Indian Ocean might be a faster way to (southern) India than following the coastline.

I am curious where is the yellow ring? Only IRN males get rings around their neck and that is about 18 months - 2 years. The ring is black with a rose pink bottom layer, hence the name rose ringed parrots. Sort of a double ring. If your parrot already has a ring you know he is male. Females and juveniles do not have a ring. When the ring first appears it looks grey and after moulting gets the black and pink colour.

The nutrition, and to a pair quantity the care required, will matter on the variety and length of the parrot (communicate with the puppy shop human beings or breeder). possibly you would comprehend what call fits once you get your parrot and comprehend what shade, variety and intercourse that's (additionally the call would desire to be something to do with the tale appropriate to the variety you got here to get the parrot or while it first got here residing house etc.). The names you have are stable i think of eg. Mac, Zac, Perry, Willie, would. possibly some names that i will think of of that would desire to be stable for parrots are: Maxie, Bertie, Hughie, Sunny, Joey, Lucy, Bella, Maddy, Ronnie, Sylvester, Puddy (as in Puddy Cat) and Jordie. stable success.

I've had two parrots - one called Rip, the other Suki Yaki.

I'd be tempted to call yours Jester or Harlequin - Harley or Quin for short - just because his colours bring to mind an old court jester or harlequin.
