I am going to take a different response. Are you eating enough? Many times when people go on diets they starve themselves. In Weight Watchers, based on height and current weight--you have to eat a certain amount each day. The members who try to lose weight faster are on a standstill--the ones who follow the guidelines and eat will lose weight. Also, drink a glass of milk each day.

Be pationt. You should atleast take 1 pound off in a week or 2. That is how hard it is to lose weight. If you lose 30 in a week something is wrong but just be paciunt. Eat sea food, it is a thinking food that will help you get oxogen in your body. Also eat fruits and veggies. Bananas and Milk every day are very good too. Also have 1 peace of small milk or dark chocolate every day. It gives calcuim and sugars to your cells. Will help you lose weight!

Go for some blood tests; you may have a thyroid problem or diabetes. Or if you're female, the pill or hormone releasing coil will not be helping shed the pounds. Get it looked at, as if you're seriously doing exercise and eating healthily but not losing weight, there may be an underlying medical complaint..

yeah what the guy below me said. if you want to lose weight you need to have a calorie defecit. 3500 calories equals one pound.
To find calories in food or calories burned through activity, check out www.caloriesperhour.com
Keep an accurate journal of the calories you take in and the calories you burn.
When you have a defecit, meaning you burned more than you ate, you "bank" those calories. and the calories in the bank reflect the weight you should be losing.
If this doesn't work, make sure your journal is accurate. you may have to measure or weigh your food. your metabolism may be slower than normal. You may also need your doctor to do a thyroid test. an underactive thyroid means slower metabolism.
Good luck!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
