Um not really but.
Could it be "he HAS total recall" that means he remembers the jokes perfectly.
My loaf can mean my head, it's rhyming slang: "head" rhymes with "loaf of bread" and then you shorten it to just "loaf". I didn't know about the fishes meaning sperm, but what do I know?
