I found it interesting to say the least..

I didn't realise during WW2 Russia had over 100 Jewish Generals and that as many as 60 million Christians were slaughtered under their command..

Meanwhile.. Hitler also had many Jewish Generals..

Anyone got any input.. this is all news ot me..

Well, they say to be very careful in evaluating what you read on the Web as tghere's a whole sea of crap out there... how very true!

i) The highest estimate of dead on the Russian front in WW2 is 33 million (25 million Russian, 8 million German and allies)

Most reliable sources pitch this figure lower at about 20 million Russian.

60 million is way out and should be treated with extreme scepticism.

Hitler had Jewish generals? Maybe two or three of his underlings either had suspiciously Jewish-sounding names (Rosenburg) or had very carefully concealed a perceived taint of Jewishness in their own backgrounds (Heydrich)

That was IT. One of the first German institutions to be "purged" of Jewish members was the Armed Forces: all full Jews were discharged in 1933 and a smaller number of "mischlinge", ie part-Jews, were allowed to stay on in menial roles with no hope of promotion or preferment.

The General Rosenburg mentioned above just had an unfortunate name - he was proven to be Gentile to Nazi satisfaction.

Russsia's army was purged even more thoroughly than Hitler's: although Stalin, more pragmatic than Hitler, had no objection to an able Jew being promoted to high rank. Even so, the Red Army had no more than twenty Russian Jews in places of high authority.

Slaughter of Christians? leave it out - the only groups specifically targeted on the grounds of religion were Jews, and because of their pacifism, the Jehovah's Witnesses. For every other WW2 fatality, their religion was incidental.

Take care over where you browse and what you read as some of it is clearly innaccurate rubbish - sometimes with a hidden agenda to pursue!

60 million? Are you saying that 60 million Christian people were slaughtered in WWII? OK genius, you want to rethink this one? WHERE'S THE BODIES?

Now, on the other side, how many of the Axis Generals were Christians?
For instance, how many of the Italian Fascist generals were Roman Catholic?
How many of the Lithuanian Generals Were Orthodox Catholic? How many German Generals were not Jewish and were actually members of one Christian faith or another?
Was the Pope and the Vatican aiding and assisting the Nazis who were escaping Europe at the war's end?

Hitler had no jewish generals. The soviets had no state religions and had purged most jews from any positions so I doubt that they had any as well. Most germans and Russians thought that Eisenhower was a Jew and that Omar Bradley was a muslim soo be careful in what you read.

thanks for the link... makes interesting reading. and if it is true, looking at israel's behaviour regarding palastine and their actions in lebanon, i would hardly say it was even surprising....and i can guarantee, regardless of propaganda, that israel will start ww3 with in the next 2 yrs.
