Not Surprised to hear that a Child of 13-14 is suffering from Piles. I think it is the age in which we are living is causing all these problems. We had never heard of Diabeties and Heart problems in Younger ages but now its prevailent.
The Only remedy I can prescribe is
1. Ensure The child is active and spends more time outdoors playing then in front of the TV.
2. Have Fixed times for Meals (Do not delay dinner beyond 8.30pm)
3. Ensure that there is a gap of atleast 1 Hours in Dinner and sleeping Time, a Walk in the garden will be helpful.
4. avoid Red Meats, Spicy foods, Junk food, Fried items.
5. Increase High Fibre Diets, Water Intake, Juices, More vegetables
6. Increase intake of Green Leafy Vegetables a good source of Iron which will help in recovering from Piles.
7. and the Most important child must go to toilet In the morning and Night required or not required must sit on the pot and try.
Once these habits are inculcated , you will find the difference.
Major advice - NO OPERATION PLEASE, for time being relief ask your doctor for anal ointments.

Diet has some effect in causing hemorrhoids.
He no doubt is straining to a point.
If you can, have him cleanse himself with Noxzema, and leave a little as a lubricant. This will promote healing and shrinking of the hemorrhoid. He will be cleaner than ever.
If the hemorrhoid is protruding, Noxzema will create a slight burning sensation for just a few seconds, very slight, not unbearable. It will not last long. After the first time, cleansing on a regular basis will no longer burn at all.
I have used Noxzema for more than 40 years and have not had a problem all that time. If I neglect it for a time, they recur slightly, but Noxzema shrinks them back. I carry a small amount when I'm away from home.
It works. I learned it from a friend.

I too wonder why you don't know how old your child is.
Try stool softeners. You can buy them at the drug store. If that fails, sometimes a glycerin suppository, also available at the drugstore, will do the trick. If that fails, take the child to the doctor.
In the future, make sure the child eats plenty of fruits and vegetables for fiber, 5 or more servings a day
Switch from white to whole grain products.
Make sure he/she has 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Limit processed foods and fast foods.
See the your child gets DAILY exercise. If he/she is not doing that, why not do things together?

I don't know for fact, but if anything I think it would be contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Since neither are of the age of consent and the adult is allowing this to happen.
