Can you predict when will the 3rd world war begins?

Interesting question.Many fanatics and sects said it would happen on Aug 22 2006 when the Iranians gave their reply
on the nuclear programs and many believed that would start
WW3 but thats unlikely.First the U.S would impose sanctions and all of those diplomatic things.Sadly in WW3 the U.S will learn
that all countries will not give up after nuclear missiles glass them
as many Americans today believe that its an easy solution and we can just "Nuke em like Japan".WW3 is more likely in the next decade when Iran does get nuclear weapons.Infact they would
have the resources to produce 250 nuclear bombs yearly just
with the resources they have.The enrichment progress
which will not be solved or halted as promised by the leader will complete in 6 years time or that is what they said last year but the basic part of enrichment will complete in March 2007 and yet it will take 5 to 6 years for him to be a real nuclear threat or to the point of causing a world wide panic and causing a WW3.The
point when Iran would have to be attacked is wheen they gain
the weapons.As promised by the leader of Iran he himself
believes that he was sent to Earth just to start WW3. He believes
its his duty to bring judgement day as well as build an Islamic Empire.He believes that he must capture Jerusalum.Well at this point most would say he is crazy but thats what they said about
Hitler. But Hitler was given the time he needs to build his Army
and Navy as well as Airforce.The only mistake he made was
to reasearch nuclear technology after the wae had begun and it
was not in their interests as Berlin was being captured and they
needed the money to do something else.Even without nukes or perhaps 2 nuclear bombs 50-65 million people died in WW2.
Mukmude Ahmadinejad is more smarter then that and he building
his Armies as well as nukes before acting on the world.In a speech he said "What is the security council anyway?The whole
world knows that America and England are enemies of Iran".
And hundreds of thousands are seen clapping and cheering.
He also makes other remarks "If you want to have peace with Iranian people then you should acknowledge the might and the
right of the Iranian people,if you do not do this,the Iranian people
will force you to bow and surrender"again hundreds of thousands
cheer.and applause and say "death to America" and "death to Israel".By this you can see that he is serious.His people are with him.All the Peresians are with him.Its not like Iraq when there are insurgents against Saddam and Sunni's and Shii and Kurds
kill each other.With Iran they aere all with him ready to lay down
their lives.As many nukes as the U.S may send theywill sill move into Iraq and toward Jerusalum in an attempt to seize it.The
people will not care if nukes take their lives and the Iranian regime will not either.They will do anything possible to try
and destroy Israel.Unlike Japan they are willing to die for their religion and insane prophecy.I mean if you see these quotes by
him said to the Iranian people you will notice that he is up fo
somethin or in his case preparing for something. "I say
to the leaders of some western country,stop supporting these corrupt people,behold the rage of the muslim people is accumulating,the rage of the muslim people may soon reach
the point of explosian".These are the kinds of things that Adolf
Hitler said.He wanted to establish a world empire and he wanted
to make nuclear weapons he just made a mistake by doing those things during the battle.Otherwise Iran is preparing.Many
times their president ha said again and again that he wishes
to wipe Israel of the map as well as to run an Islamic empire
like acient Babalyon.He made plans for his world as well.
By these statements he made you get the gut feeling he is ready
for something.I mean it might not happen but its likely that we may see a WW3 in 2012 or anytime around that.The U.S
will have to act on Iran at some point.WW3 will kill billions for all we know.

Random thoughts:

"Only odd-numbered world wars begin in Yugoslavia" - the Balkans are currently quiet but remaiin unstable. They have a significant population of Muslims who in all external appearances are indistinguishable from any other white European. The Yugoslaviam Muslims have had every reason to become angry and politicised following the treatment they received from their neighbours.

If I were Osama bin Laden I would be thinking creatively about how best to use this to my advantage.

Since Western security servuices in Britain, Spain and elsewhere have now been conditioned to thinking the threat is from dark-skinned strangely dressed Asian-seeming people, I might deploy European muslims as my next wave of agents - especially ones who would be nodded through any security cordon without a second glance by guards who are looking for Arabs and Pakistanis...

Speaking of Pakistan, their REAL grudge is with India: anything involving Western countries or Israel is secondary, Israel in particular is a far away sideshow and a problem for other parts of the Islamic world to sort out. (I got flamed for saying this on an Israeli website, but the turth is, Israelis, you really do not matter to Pakistan one way or the other, the REAL enemy is south of the Punjab) The cold war with India over Kashmir can only deepen and there is a very real potential for nuclear war here.

North Korea: like South Korea has a very real and justifiable grievance with Japan, the former colonial power. It doesn't matter that NK is a lunatic state run by nutcases - they have a grievance against Japan in that Korean people were appalingly treated by the Japs and the Japanese have yet to apologise, let alone compensate. If NK capitalises on this national hatred of the Japs by dropping a nuke on Tokyo, look out for escalation.

In either the Pakistani-Indian or N-Korea-Japan scenarios, the BIG regional superpower - China - can become involved. This will be inevitable if nukes are used: the Chinese will not like the air being polluted, nor their water supply out of the Himalayas.

This will provoke a clash betweeen the current (and fading) world superpower - the USA - and the new kid climbing the leagues to contest supremacy, China. the USA sponsors its client state, Japan. The Chinese support their client, North Korea.

If a regional squabble escalates to a China versus USA confrontation, we have a hot war and WW3. And China will have many surprise cards to play against the USA and its client states.... the outcome may not be as clear-cut as many Americans would like to think.

Something like this will happen by 2009-10?

One can look back in history to see what precipitates war. With that knowledge/information you can see where war tensions might be arising.

From what I can determine, trade sanctions/restrictions and other methods of persecution usually are a precipitative sign of a decline in world cooperation and trust. Eventually, the starvation and trade persecution will become unbearable for those with insufficient patience, tolerance or resources.

We can only learn from history that fighting such a war, will mean that everyone will lose and there will be no long term winners. The only long term winners will be those that recognise who is being persecuted, and avert a war by solving the problem diplomatically.

When two sides dig in trenches, and neither will budge there are many lives which are lost. Ultimately, if there is a stronger side that side should give the most in a bargain. If the sides are equal, then it may be possible to resolve the dispute by considering something unrelated to the actual dispute. (a give and take solution)

What is clear however, is that if neither side are willing to communicate with the other everyone will lose in the end game.

When it started is not as important as when it will end and how.
In the 1990's WW#3 started with all the terrorist attacks world wide. Unless the world is all on the same page and realize that there is a war, it could end on a very sour point. The worlds population needs to agree that radical Islam is a real threat to civilization today. Guns are not the only weapon that needs to be used in this war. Education , leadership change, and the ability to lead by example will fight the extremist by showing that living together in this world allows difference of opinions and can be worked out without violence.

i reckon israel will have a pop at iran by march next year.... ww3 will be when the 1st nuclear bomb gets lobbed over the fence... i reckon israel will do it, because they will be loosing the fight.... when that happens other countries will get involved et voila! ww3 on your hands.
signs that govts. expect this is seen in military r&d spending taking a sharp increase. UK as been at it a while, EU have only just woken up and expect to need new technology in 3 yrs time.

what is predicted by prophets is that the war will sweep in to europe very quickly... so much so that the govts will not be quick enough to defend themselves properly and will fall. (there is something to do with an environmental disaster in all of this)
as per the prophets... almost all the pieces are in place... an out standing one (according to some french people studying nostradamus) is for Royale to win the french elections and take the presidency of the EU on the next rotation when it goes to france. this will happen before the invasion of europe.
how can this happen? the US will pull out of the middle east. russia will come in on the 'wrong' side. as well as turkey (which may be why the french are the most resistant to turkey being in the EU). EU will be liberated... possibly because russia changes sides. but also because of a french man with a limp... who may be named peter :)

world war 3????.we`re still fighting the 2nd world war which if u look carefully at history has never ended despite what the politicians and historians tell us. since before 1939 british and allied troops have never stopped fighting at some spot on this miserable little spec of dust in space

It has started already. The slow process of hostility acceleration, was instigated by George W Bush the day they invaded Iraq! I think that It is up to all sensible Christians and Muslims (and other Faiths) to stand side by side to defend our freedom and to allow everyone else who feels the need, to fight it out with each other. The biggest problem is, where can they fight it out?
