Muslims don't believe in giving proofs because neither of them had asked for proof to Mohmad himself. This is an ideology which says "Be like ourselves or die". You cannot and should not try to ask or say anything to such people, as they are not ready or unable to see the other way.

No religion can really offer "Proof" of anything....that's why they call it "Faith". I too am an atheist. Although I respect people who have a religious belief. In fact, I envy them in a way. I wish I could believe in something as strongly as they do. To feel as if you are positive you know what happens after death.
Like you though, I seek proof..I can't accept Allah, Mohomed, Jesus, God or any other deity, anymore than I can believe that canabilistic clowns live in our sewer system....I want to believe..I like you just don't have that "Faith".
Even if proof comes along that says one religion was right..do you think people would be accepting of you? "Oh, he saw the light! glory! Allah sat down with an interview with Larry King! and now this man has faith!" If you need proof to believe in a faith, then religion isn't for you..its that simple.

if u don't consider the history of the prophet muhammed peace be up on him and the holy Qur`an that never found a mistake in it but in the other hand the people r still learning and discoverying things in the world from that holy book of allah...if these aren't proofs then i guess u need to go back in time...and also u wouldn't believe
