Most women love to wear appealing underwear its a bonus when men are pleased by it, unless it proper kinky underwear then its just to please men.

It isn't a matter of comfort, it is a matter of how it makes them feel, and the way it makes their partners feel.They wear high heels which are not comfortable, but it looks good and sexy , and it offsets any discomforts which they experience.

My wife of 38 years shops at several sexy lingerie shops for two reasons....to keep me interested...and because she feels sexier in that type of undergarment. After 38 years of marriage...I'm still interested!!!! *wink*

I actually feel very comfortable wearing them,it's wearing GRANNY PANTIES that give me the willies!

From my experience, and from what I have been told, most do not. But, most just wear them to please their partner or they are out for a good time.
