Can someone help? I went out to town and sat down for a couple of hours in a food court, after a while, my arms started to feel itchy, I think something bit me but didn't take much notice.
When I got home, there are mosquito bite-like rashes over my arms, back of knees/legs, my backside and I'm starting to get them at the back of my neck too now!!
They don't hurt at all (except in I start scratching it hard), just really itchy.

What happened? And how do I get rid of this rash?

allergic reaction to the mosquito's, If you feel like your going to pass out or the swelling gets really bad go to the E.R. right away. If not... go buy some hydrocortisone at any pharmacy and apply to the bites 3 times a day. If still isn't working quiet well..visit your doctor and they will prescribe you a higher dosage of hydrocortisone or may give you some pills. Hope this helps and i hope it gets better...its a huge bummer i know! God bless sweetie!

If you are allergic to bee or wasp stings, or think you may have been stung by a bee or wasp, please get to the emergency room now! This does sound very much like the beginnings of an anaphylactic reaction.

Otherwise, it sounds like contact dermatitis or some other allergic reaction. I suggest trying Benedryl (diphenhydramine HCL) cream, or cortisone. You might also consider taking 25-50 mg of Benedryl by mouth. If you start to have any difficulty breathing, get to an emergency room, preferably by calling 911. NEVER try to drive yourself to an emergency room!

You said you were in a food court. Is that indoors? If you were indoors, I doubt that was mosquitos. Prehaps you were flea bit. Fleas love to eat me. I suppose you could put some Benadryl creme on the bites.

Take an antihistamine - benadryl is good and get some benadryl cream. Should you start to experience any tightness in yiur chest or trouble breathing call 911 or get to an emergency room. You may be going inot anaphylactic shock and you will need medical attention pronto.
