I take it your a guy. Try not to opt for too short a hair cut as this will emphasis your fuller face and short stature.
Keep the back short but try to have the front layered long, in that way you can brush it up high (with a bit of gel) to create height or just flicked back.
Some streaks through your hair will help create some depth and take away the roundness of your face.
Speak to your hairstylist about a good style for you : )

A short stylish cut would look good. Light wispy bangs because heavy bangs would only make your face seem rounder. Long hair tends to make short people seem dumpier. I know because I`m 5` myself.

Medium length/shorter hair that has lots of layers to compliment your face shape, and not all one length as it'll make your face rounder.

it's more about the shape of your face than how tall you are. i'm 5'2 and i've had short short short hair and loooong hair. it also depends on how old you want to look. short hair makes you look older. long hair tends to make you look younger.

i advice you to make your hair longer...
first of all, longer hair would make you look thinner because it can cover the sides of your face...it covers more skin...when it is shorter, more skin of your face will be exposed and it will make you look chubby or fatter...more exposed cheeks makes you look more fatter...so if your hair is long, you will look thinner and when you are thinner, you will look taller...when you look fat, you look like a stout...thinner people looks taller...that is why models are thin...to make them look tall so make your hair long...it will make you look thin which makes you look taller...
