My face has a lot of these tiny pimpels that is almost rash like but not red. Makes my face complection look so rough. I tried to use scrubs and towels but it's not working. It's like the pores on my skin "grabs" on to dirt and oil.

U could try lots of over the counter stuff but sometimes using the scrub pads will irritate the skin and then after washing, u need to close the pores.

The simplest thing to use which works for the majority of acne is ProActive. A good friend children had terrible, some even scaring ... it was the best $29.95 she spent. In two wks time the kids skin was noticeably improved and few months they didn't have any acne. It's pretty amazing stuff and simple routine that 6th grader could use.

Pond"s Cold Cream every night bfore bed. Wake up with smooth skin. The longer you rub it in the better. Remove with DRY, rough wash cloth. NO WATER!

Tea tree ointment is awesome for drying out pimples, and I've heard the essential oil Myrr is great for helping skin conditions.

Use an oinment that contains zinc oxide as a constituent in it.
