I know all the details why shedding a few pounds is good for me but I can't seem to stick to any healthy eating plans. I use food to comfort me whenever sad or stressed or angry. Has anyone got any ideas? I am about 180pounds and my ideal weight is around 130 pounds.

The best thing to do is add exercise first. Find some aerobic exercise you like. Don't listen to anyone but you. You know what you will stick to for life. Find it and begin slowly. Try 5 minutes a day for 2 to 3 weeks. During this time, start to change your diet. Choose healthier foods and you will notice that healthier foods give you more energy for exercise. After you transitioned to the healthier foods, then up the exercise time to 10 minutes. Split the time if you need to.

Everyone is different so don't beat yourself up over not being able to do your program like anyone else. You are an individual. Every 3 weeks change your program in some way, go faster for a bit, then back to slower, then add more minutes. If you constantly change your exercise program your body wont reach a set point and you wont stall.

Don't beat yourself up when you eat something that is less healthy. All food is okay.

If you can eat healthy 3/4 of the time you can lose weight. You don't have to be perfect to lose weight. That is where people who have eating problems get stuck.

There is a really great book for people who have problems with food called Normal Eating. The web site below will help you with your eating. Good luck.

You might need to cleanse to lose those cravings.

Isagenix is a great cleanser and you'll lose a lot of weight.

Toxins in the body from commercial vegetables, fast foods, breathing dirty air, drinking unpurified water, and the loss of natural hormones contributes to weight gain, premature aging and nearly every age-related health problem. Over eating and consumption of the wrong types of food also contribute to weight gain and obesity.

Chemicals and toxins accumulate in fat tissue. The more chemicals and toxins, the more fat the body manufactures. Have you ever tried to lose weight only to be disappointed? Well, perhaps now you know the reason why! Most diets, lotions, pills, potions, and powders use unhealthy and potentially dangerous ingredients, such as ma huang, ephedra, and caffeine that promise fast weight loss. Yes, but the weight loss is primarily water and lean muscle. Minimal fat is lost because these products do not address the cleansing of the system.

Without proper cleansing the lost lean muscle and water return as fat, thus people are actually fatter versions of their prior selves. Chemicals and toxins are bound within fat tissue, and only specifically blended nutrients can contribute to releasing the chemicals from fat. This is the healthy alternative to nutritionally deficient, disappointing and potentially deadly diets.

Feel free to contact me if you would like more info.

Have you tried an exercise program? If not, try walking a certain distance each day and build up a little each day. You might get some exercise equipment such as a stationary bike etc., or join a health club such as wate watchers . Try getting your mind off your own problems and help others by visiting the sick or nursing homes, always try to get your mind off food and remember that there are good diets with less calories than you are probably eating. If you are very sad and angry you may want to talk to a psycologist or someone that can help you in that department. good luck.

Dont focus on diets and food so much. Try and find time to do some exersize, even half hour walk everyday and start easy and build it up. Just drink tea, juice or water (& give up caffinee and smoking if you need to). Plan your meals and try to get rid on junk snack foods from yr diet and home. Dont let yourself get hungrey during the day, its ok to snack on good things if you exersize. Go swimming if you can its easy and a great workout and maybe some bike riding, you need to alternate. Get an new interest and focus on that. Lots of sex is good also.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Maybe I can help motivate you! You can do this program called ShapeWorks and you don't have to starve yourself or exercise but if you exercise it would only better your results. I take them and my family takes them and it works miracles! I lost 8 lbs in one week and 20 lbs in one month and thats without exercise! It's found on www.differentu.com and they have weight loss coaches that will teach you how to use the products for free! So check it out and see what you think. God bless and I wish you the best!!
