Can you stop your fighting and get on with coming closer to God? God likes it when you are humble and not critical of others. If your path is not helping you become nice loving people with eyes to see everyone as your brothers and sisters - the Christians the Muslims, the atheists, the cos and dolphins, spiders and roses too, all life is worthy or respect, if your path is not softenign your heart then you are probably following it blindly. Open your eyes.

sen b - if you are a muslim and not 'so-called' then good for you. There's no need to get so offended by my question. I was talking to the people who claim to be Muslim or Christian but are not acting like it. I KNOW there are people around who are good Christians or Muslims. I still think they are rare though.

Thanks for the generation and stereotype...... I'm a Muslim and I'm not fighting with anyone neither is my husband, his family or any other Muslim i know. Fight with who? Fight about what? My eyes are wide open thank you very much. I suggest you open your eyes and focus on the majority of people whatever there religion that live in peace and not focus on the minority who will always be there and just because they may be of the same faith what makes you think we have power over them to tell them what to do and how to feel? I'm close to God and i don't fight with anyone. And one final comment I'm not a "so called" anything, I am a MUSLIM......

Truly a good statement. I wish not fight with Muslims but find they're point of view. I think we argue because we don't know each others sides and when we do we argue becuase we don't agree. In math there is more than one way to get the answer. In government there is more htan one way to control the people. I want to understand all faiths. Debate, then accept. That's how i do it

I agree people shouldnt fight about this...If you noticed though the Muslins take the fighting to the extremes...I thought the Quran taught peace and love....As well as does the Bible for christians...We are all suppose to love one another...and We as christians are suppose to spread the good news about Jesus but not push it onto anyone...Everyone has the right to choose whatever they want to believe thats the bottom line...Just remember though, just because you choose to believe in something doesnt make it right....Where is the love? i totally agree with ur point....
but fellow since ijoined this forum i always answered back the cirticism against Islam....if u get the chance do check who is cirticizing whom....few muslims must also be doing it,but that the reaction,n response..i joined this forum to learn more about my own religion but seriously i don't get really a chance.

Friend, I opened my eyes back in 1970 when I gave my life over to God, I will in no wise compromise my Faith, There is ONLY One Faith. Now where to you get this ideal that all animals is to be respected, They are given for food, I am not talking about dogs & cats, But cows, Sheep, Pigs, so on, & I am getting dress right now to go deer hunting on my property in Indiana.
