"BE A LEADER" that what leadership is.How to develop: when U with people,try to be a "leader"like tell them what to do this and that,make the decision,solve the problem..., but in order to do that,you have to build their trust, you have to show them U have a good point of view,U have a good knowledge,U have good experiences.....All of that U have to build for years. On top of those,U have to believe in yourself too,a lot of people out there are smart, but some are always want to let people tell them what to do,those never be the" leader".
