no - birthmarks are normally pigmentation and unique to an individual

No not really. Not all children have the same birthmarks as their parents.
If your baby does inherit the birth mark then that would be cool the you 2 would have more in common than just mother and child.

I also have a quarter size really dark birth mark on my mid/lower back. None of my three children have it. It is genetics though, so it is not impossible for your baby to also have it. All of my children have a birth mark in the same spot just above their hair line on the back of their neck though. It is a distinguishing mark, so don't be upset if your child does inherit from you.

yes of course....if the baby is a first-born...just like me....i inherited my dad's birthmark at the lower back.....the mark is part of baby's phenotype genetically acquired.

i dont think so your baby my have only a max of 3% chance and not more

yes. my family gets a birth mark between their breasts, every women in my family has one. and if your balck or hispanic its also common to get a splotchy birth mark, my daughter has one on her but crack,lol.

its possiable, but it might not get it on his or her back it could get it somewhere else
