NO WAY! Fedor is fast as many lightweight, very strong for his size, and incredible tough. Also he train in all modern techniques which are more advance than what bruce Lee have back in his time. Fedor is also way bigger than bruce.

No chance. A 100 lbs. weight difference against a well rounded opponent DOES matter. Fedor is a sambo practitioner and would get bruce lee down and smash him no matter how quick bruce is.

relies upon on if he's as stable with reflexes and velocity as we are advised he's (like if he reacts to a punch an identical way with an identical quantity of velocity as we expect of). If no longer, Fedor wins. in my view, i think of Fedor would win, a minimum of interior the Octagon. i'm no longer able to declare for constructive in a highway combat through fact there are too many aspects in touch.
