the point is that i like her and she likes me (i feel it). But there is no way I can say a word to her because she is all the time with people around. It never happened to me such a pathetic situation. I feel frustrated. The point is: ladies, what do you think is the best way to approach her without sounding idiotic or lame. I just want to invite her a drink and have a little chat.

Write her a little note telling her you can never get her in private to ask so you are writing a note to ask her if she wants to go have drinks and chat and put your number on it.

Appologies, I know you only wanted girls to respond but I feel I have something you may wish to hear...
I met my most recent girlfriend (now ex) at a restaurant. She was flanked by her boss but I didn't much care.
I knew that if I didn't ask her out that I would regret it for the rest of my life and that it would be a crime not to put myself out there on the line.
So I did it!
I sucked up all my courage, ignored everything else and asked her out. And she accepted my number, only saying yes a few days later.
The point is she was so impressed by my willingness to risk ridicule to ask her out that she wanted to know more about me- hence my relationship with her grew.

leave ur number on the back of a receipt or as a separate note when u hand her money for a meal
