Just past the shoulders. Longer and you might dwarf yourself height-wise; shorter and you could emphasize the roundness of your face. Also, avoid bangs, especially blunt-cut ones; they'll draw a horizontal line through your face which will make it seem wider.

Layers are optional. They can cover the jaw, effectively slimming your face. Make sure they create vertical lines (not horizontal ones) for a thinning illusion of facial length.

ur hair should b long about 3" from ur sholder, dont cut it shorter than tht.
it can b in 1 lenght or long layers depending on the thickness n type of ur hair.
have 2(two) strips (about 1/2 an inch thick) of hair on either side of ur face, that will frame n compliment ur face cut.

Id suggest you to have simple pony-tail hairstyle. that will suit ur height
