If you learn your English in Liverpool, it will inevitably happen. Just listen to Jan Molby!
But most Liverpool fans don't actually have scouse accents, because they're from China, London, Devon etc

There is or was a book which will help with the dialect called 'Learn yourself Scouse' which you might find on Amazon, and if you keep listening to recordings of Scouse speakers - Liverpool Football Club's Steven Gerrard for example, you'll soon pick up the pronunciation and intonation.
To look for the book go to: www.amazon.co.uk
For broadcasts try:www.bbc.co.uk

Move to Liverpool. However, i take it by the fact that you actually WANT to learn the scouse accent you may not be english so in that case shack up with a scouse.

Alternatively you could develop the Scouse attitude and the accent may come with it. It's easy too. Just look upon everything you see that isn't nailed down as having the potential to be your personal possesion, although there's no reason for you to pay for it. That is the true nature of Scouse.

I don't think scouse is the most beautiful of accents. I'd recommend a good yorkshire one. And while you are at it you should switch to Leeds United. My boys need all the support they can get!

Buy a DVD of the Beatles or John Lennon with them speaking between the songs.
If you've got money - there's probably somebody in your city or area teaching English who is from Liverpool.

how thick are you lot. Firstly scouse is not a language but is a regional accent. master the english language then live in liverpool for a number of years and you may develope a twinge of scouse in your accent. accents are really only picked up in your early years of life so i would say your best bet is to move to stanely blade land and make loads of babies. they will all speak scouse. "calm down, calm down" "dey do do dat dough dont dey dough!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might pick some up by listening to local (Liverpool) radio. This may or may not be possible over the internet.
