Where u from in da PI? I know at big billiards halls..such as ones in Manila..the ones in the malls..or at Robinsons..they hold a tournament every 2 months or so. Just play pool at one particular pool hall..get to know people..talk with people. I was playing pool the other day at Robinsons Imus..a place i usually play pool. I was talking with the people i usually talk to..n in within an hour..we started our own tournament...10 of us on one table. The winner won the pot money..n everyone paid for the table. There's many games like that..or informal competition like that. The winner that time won over 1000pesos with a 150peso buy in.
