It sounds like dishydrotic eczema. Very common on the hands and feet and very common when the weather starts turning cold. I tried to find some pics but no luck, I found a web page but it may be hard to understand if your not in the medical field. Best thing to do is go see a derm where it will be diagnosed and treated correctly. Good luck

It sounds like a simple blister. There is liquid in there, not air. Usually, it is best not to pop it, because it could become more acceptable to getting germs, however, if it hurts very bad then you can prick it with a needle, drain it, and put some neosporin on it with a band aid. Keep an eye on it. At any time if it becomes red and pus-filled, then you need to go to a doctor.

YOU WILL GET ALL KINDS OF ANSWERS FROM THE MEDICAL FIELD AND MOST WILL BE FOR EVERYTHING BUT.... STAPH IS MORE THAN LIKELY WHAT'S GOING ON
I'VE BEEN BATTLING THE SAME AND WORSE SINCE KATRINA AND WHAT SEEMS TO WORK THE BEST IS TEA TREE OIL, ANTIBIOTIC CREAMS AND GARLIC PILLS....LOOK UP MRSA AND STAPH INFECTIONS ON THE NET AND YOU WILL FIND MUCH ON WHAT THE DOCTORS DON'T WANT TO ADDRESS

I don't know if you have other symptoms such as a same or similar reaction in your mouth or on your feet, but the reaction on your hands sounds similar to the hand foot and mouth disease my son contracted(not connected to animal foot and mouth). See your G.P he\she will sort you out. Good luck.

See a dermatologist. He or she's better qualified to answer this one than any of us probably are.

It sounds like cold sores; while herpes usually erupts around the lips it can erupt anywhere including inside your body.
