How about NONE!!!

2006-11-17 20:05:25 · answer #1 · answered by Scotty 6 · 3 2

If you are under 21 in Minnesota, NONE. Most states have a "No tolerance" policy. If you are caught with ANY amount of alcohol and are under 21, your license will be revoked and a HUGE black mark on your permanent record. And it will be very hard to get your liscense reinstated.

If you are over 21, there is a blood alcohol limit (differant for each state.) The test determines the amount of alcohol in your blood stream. Go over, and say good by to your liscense!

It is always best to DRINK RESPONSIBLY! That means get a designated driver or don't drive at all!

You should always drink at least 3 drinks before driving.
It relaxes you , and gives you enough nerve to be on the road with all the crazy drivers.

Preferably, ZERO. With all the DUI laws out there, you might only be able to get away with one. But if you hit a checkpoint and they breathalyze you, you still get a ticket for "wet and reckless". You still will have fines, go to classes, jail for at least 4 hours, and it's a huge blot on your record either way.

well the answer is zero. However, depending on your body weight you could probably have 2-3. The better Idea here is to have someone else drive, this way you can have as many as you want.

I'm thinking that you meant "CAN" instead of "SHOULD"

With all of the new DUI laws - you might want to check what the local limits are and then take away some.
