How do you like your meat? Marinated? Or just plain?
How do you like it cooked?

My favorite is a tri- tip steak marinated w/terriyaki sauce. I like it cooked medium well...served w/grilled squash and zucchini with a little bit of Mrs.Dash. Of course a spring mix salad w/mandarin oranges cherry tomatoes,candied peanuts and chunks of avacado..lightly glazed with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Yummy!!

What I do is to have my meat lie in the sun for six hours marinated in goats pee, tomato, plenty of onions and red Australian bush peppers. This is a traditional Moldovian recipe and can be had at Sharkeys Bar in Newcastle in England.
The meat is then cooked for seven minutes each side and is eaten with steamed brown rice and fried Nigerian plantains.

Being from the south, I love hickory smoked pork ( fat trimmed) with some spicy bbq sauce on toasted bun with slaw made with mayo and a little sugar. Parents owned a restaurant almost 25 years and was the best seller.

I love marinated meat especially on a barbie!! I love cooked salmon steaks in cooked in foil totally delicious and corn on the cob on the barbie. Definatley kebabs.... Can I come lol

Forget the meat and just go for the sweet!my fave is hot bananas!leave the skin on,lay is on its side and cut halfway through all the way down length,either fill with chocolate buttons or brown sugar and Cinnamon wait till they are all hot and bubbly and serve with cream/ice-cream yummmmm

ohh marinated meat certainly it gives the food more flavour!
i wish i could have a bbq, but that is like impossible here in england!
always too cold

With chicken or prawns I like to cover them with , a mix of
lime juice and some crushed dry chili , or something hotter
like Jamaican jerk paste, Fab.. but I don't cook it to dry .

soy sauce marinated or sweet chill marinated. when it's cooked eat with some sauce dip

-chicken marinated in yoghurt and garlic and ginger and salt
-chicken marinated with garlic,ginger, green chillies and oyster sauce
-salmon or tuna steaks marinated in dijon mustard and horseradish sauce
-salmon or tuna steaks marinated with lemon juice and garlic and ginger
-prawns marinated in olive oil and garlic
-squid or whole fish marinated in a mixture of ground red chilli, lime juice, garlic and ginger and salt, then wrapped in a banana leaf and BBQ'd
