I am addicted to pornography. I want to stop so badly, but I can't. I am so dumb! I hate it! Why can't I stop! Everytime I think I will never view it again, but I always do. I need help! I don't want to look at women in such a deragatory way! I think they should be cherished! HELP ME!

It is bigger than you. YOu need to pray and ask God to deliver you from this terrible addiction. You can't do it on your own. That is obvious.
I would say if you are really serious, put an adult block on your computer. Make it impossible for you to view it . and if you get the temptation, pray.
Know this. Porno will damage your future relationships with women. Do you want that ? Those images will invade your mind.It is poison. Because women then become sex toys. They are for your immediate satisfaction . Then you will pay for it when you have a real relationship. Every thing has consequences. And these consequences are poison to a marriage.
You are not alone. Many men are addicted. after awhile it turns to bizarre desires. Why ? Because you can never be satisfied. Then one woman gets boring afterwhile. You need a twosome to get off. Then a threesome. Then bondage and bizarre sex. Then it's off to strip bars. Prostitutes.
If married then when you make love to your wife, your mind is thinking all these other thoughts. Other women. Then you marriage is a marriage that you are committing adultery and cheating.
She may not know that you are looking at porn, but your behavior we affect the marriage.
My point is nothing good will come out of it. Don't ruin your life. Die to your desire. Pray your butt off. It takes discipline. If you don' it will destroy you.

Your screenname already says a lot, unfortunately.
I used to have this problem too, but soon you'll find out that nothing will shock you anymore. I still look at women and not always get dirty thoughts too. Try doing something totally unrelated to both, like playing a video game, customizing your computer, finding something NEW on the internet, cooking something from a recipe card, working out (so you can impress the ladies with your muscles and not turn them off by what you're imagining them doing), going out for a jog or walk, writing a story...

Go to the site I suggest below and get the free blocker and then do this. Once you install the K9 blocker take the code they send you in your email and make it the password for the admin controls just cut and paste it in. After you open the admin section set it to only block pornography and exit out of it. Go back to your email and delete the email they sent and copy something like yahoo or anything nearby on the page so you no longer have that code to the admin also empty your trash so its all gone from your mail. Pray hard and read your bible and if you try or falter from it and try to look up something on the comp it will block it for you. Ask God to forgive your weakness and take these urges from you and He will.

HAHA it's okay if you like porn, i say you just need to get a girlfriend, you may look at women in a bad way but that is only because those women put themselves out there for guys to do that to them. Just treat your girl right when you have on and eventually you'll get over it. Anyways its only human for you guys to want to look at naked girls, and that's okay with me as long as my guy isnt sleeping around, he can view all the porn he wants lol....if it gets to bad for you though seek counseling or im sure they've got some kinda porn addicts anonymous group

I'm not a guy but my advice is use your will power to stop!! Addiction to porn will cause a relationship to end!! If you have a GF focus on bonding with her to deep'n your love for her and only think of her when you guys have sex! The desire to watch porn should become less and less as time goes by!! Good Luck

When you figure that one out let me know. My b/f loves the porn. Maybe you could become a photographer that way you could cherish the women but still have your porn, as long as you didn't try to do anything to them.

aw poor dude. where are you getting the porno? if its a video store then every time you feel like going to rent, go to a friend's house or do something else to take your mind off it. if you own videos, then during your moments when you think 'i will never view it again', throw them out. or burn them. whatever works for you.

Well it depends on how much you watch it, sex is sex... Do what turns you on and stop worrying about that. If you treat your girlfriends good then just look at it as fun....
