you can get the prepaid master card or visa card at any store, you don't need any bank account...all you have to do is just get the prepaid credit card and pay how much you want in the card to use it....you can refill it anytime you want

The free lotto thing sounds like a scam. Why would they need your card to verify? Especially if you don't even have a card.
This is very mind boggling for me.
Definitely a scam.
And yes, you can get a credit card as long as you have money.

"Verify if you really won in the free lotto?' There is no such thing as 'free lunch' in this world. And to obtain a credit card, i think you do need to have a bank account, at least a checking account - otherwise how are you going to pay the payment?

No, You would need a bank account, or some sort of proof of employment/income.
The free lotto? That sounds like a scam. Even if you DID have a credit card, don't give them your number because you would get ripped off!

Well if you don't have a bank account, you might not be able to get it because you have no way of showing how you will pay your credit card bill if you do end up using it. But go for it and try. Knowing MasterCard and Visa, they might end up making one for you just by looking at your Social Security Number and seeing that you have clear credit. Thinking that you need to start up with your credit, you might end up getting a credit card. You dont have to be a business man...even students get Visas and Master Cards.
Good luck!

Go get what is called a GREEN DOT card you can get this at any CVS or Walgreens. you load money on this card and it looks to them just as a real credit card, but it costs some money each time you add more money on it I think about $4

credit cards are based on your ability to repay debts. you have to have some form of established banking first then usually no bad debts is a open door to give you a low credit limit so you dont get in over your head make sure you pay back on due date this increases your credit score.

Anybody can get a credit card, as long as your credit is good. Heck, you can even get one with bad credit if it is secured.
