jesus' death was viewed as a necessary prerequisite for god to wash away sins... why is god that selfish and blood demanding?

BeReal: jesus was not obsessed with death and wanted people to desperately kill him to wash away ur sins. HE WAS DRAGGED AND TORTURED!!!!

and those who say it was a sacrifice: WHY DID GOD "NEED" A SACRIFICE? IS THERE SOMETHING MISSING IN YOUR GOD???

You Write: My instructor says that it is not a subject matter to kill animals contained in the call of God? she says that God demands sacrificial blood. My instructor is christian. Your instructor isn't a Christian. Christians do not sacrifice animals to God. The Sacrifice to God is Jesus Christ. His body and Blood is available on a daily basis to God the daddy, for our Sins, at each and every Holy Mass contained in the Catholic Church

God knew the possibilities of rejection of His plan, He is never unprepared, He is God, he knew we would need a savior, a Redeemer.
Jesus death was a sacrifice to atone for the sins of men, not murder. Jesus laid down His life willingly, that is how much He loved us. There is no love in murder. God Bless!

Jesus was a sacrifice, this was not just out right killing...the lamb of God,.....God he so loved the world that he sent his only son to die for our sins.

No, I don't think so. A lot of horrible things have been justified like that, but I consider that a mockery and misuse of his name. God would never tell people to kill defenseless civillians, steal land from people, etc...although, people have claimed he would. But people--even so-called religious ones--have been known to lie or see justification and God's approval where there is none.

SInce the Bible says "thou shalt not kill" I would say no..however, in the Bible if a person committed murder, they were killed. So I think if someone is convicted of murder, God would want them to be killed in the name of justice.

God didn't make Jesus die on the cross..he could have declined..Jesus made that decision for us..because he loved us so much. I think if you kill in self defense it's justified. God wants you to protect yourself

No, not all killings are justified. The Crusades were not. Executing criminals shouldn't be done in God's name, but in the name of the law. War should never be waged in God's name, but in the best interests of our country. It should never be said that "God wills it", but that God won't stop it.
I don't support war, I don't support killing, but sometimes I think it's a necessary evil.

Being persecuted rewards you even more! Those are the rules Jesus set for us! Seriously, you're getting yourself tied in endless knots!

Zuhaib, your answer is quite prejudiced! You can't say that christians love killing others because of history!
