That will depend what kind of waste you have. Some are recycleable and so can be reused or recycled, some like organic waste can be used in making compost (Bio fertiliser).

if it truly is waste, then the easiest way is to compost it. Grind up the waste to about an inch, combine it with other wastes, like food and yard trimmings, and make sure it gets plenty of oxygen. This will keep the reactions aerobic and will produce a quick degradation.
