It is done. God bless your grandma, you, friends, and family. We pray that your grandma is relieved from suffering. The Lord will heal and may take her to be with him. She needs your love, faith and prayers. God bless you. Thank God, I have many prayer groups and whenever any of us knows anyone who has a prayer request, it is done. The prayers are answered. We have lost loved ones but we know they are in a better place and we cherish every second that we had together.

ok..praying does help...God commands prayer. He has instructed us to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thess. 5:17), and to pray “for all men” (1 Tim. 2:1). We should therefore take advantage of every opportunity to pray (Luke 18:1). We can pray while driving our car, while walking, or while talking to others (Neh. 2:4). We also need to pray in our “closet” in order to think and meditate about God (Matt. 6:6). We should never worry, but “let [our] requests be made known unto God” (Phil. 4:6).

I'll pray for your Gramma; will you pray for mine? She's not well either and I am heartbroken.
