okay a dance is coming up pretty soon but the girl has to ask the guy... wouldnt i seem desperate to ask this guy that i like and dont even talk to... (he knows i like him)

When I was younger, I was asked out to a few of these dances and went, even though I couldn't/can't dance worth a dang. The guy should feel complimented; I know I did. Pick your guy, ask him and have fun!!

I dont think u would sound desperate at all, it actually makes it easyier on your behalf if the whole theme to the dance is to ask the guy.. i say go for it.. u never know maybe he is actualy interested in u but dosent have the balls to say anything ,,,,, just bring it up casually, make it seem like it isnt a big deal eiether way ,,,
