Dear Allybama,

some good websites are:

blueletterbible.org (you can get daily devotionals and access commentaries from different Calvary Chapel Pastors to explain difficult passages verse-by-verse).

i also want to suggest buying some bible commentaries a relatively cheap one that i think is pretty good is by Warren Wiersebe (he has a 2 volume NT one that runs for around $45).

He also wrote individual commentaries on the Old Testament that are book-by-book but getting the whole set can be pricy.

Hope that helps- feel free to email me with individual questions, etc.

Bless You,

Nickster

i wish i knew. let me know when you find one, PLEASE, im 43 and FINALLY realizing the LORD has offered me open arms every day. im at a stage now where i have hurt so many loved ones and they have forgiven me unconditionaly. im one of the lucky ones. I AM TRULY BLESSED. i dont really read the bible as many do (and make their opinion quite agressively known). the BIBLE is a personal part of each of us that we are priveledged to share with the LORD.good luck to you in your life's journey and GOD BLESS ruthiebrat
