Title: No-Bake Peanut Butter Treats
Categories: Cookies
Yield: 1 servings

1 c Peanut butter
1 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Oats
Quick or old fashioned
Extras: see note

* 2 cups (mixture of) raisins, dried mixed fruit, miniature
marshmallows, Flaked coconut, chopped peanuts, semisweet chocolate pieces
Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in oats
and mixture of fruits and nuts, etc. Blend well. Drop by rounded
teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set up 1 hour store in tightly covered

NO - BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
Dash of salt
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients together in heavy saucepan. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla. Drop quickly onto slightly greased cookie sheet or waxed paper. Cool.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk

4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and peanut butter. Mix in the oats, stirring until the mixture begins to cool. Transfer to a large bowl if it does not fit into the pan well. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. INGREDIENTS
Pie Filling –

170 g cream cheese
135 g confectioners' sugar
195 g peanut butter
180 ml milk
170 g frozen whipped topping, thawed
1-1/2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

Nutter Butter Pie crust
24 crushed Nutter Butter cookies
5 Tbsp. of butter
½ c Dessert Fudge

DIRECTIONS

Mixed together crust ingredients & press into bottom & sides of a pie plate
Spread dessert fudge evenly along bottom of pie crust.

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.
