PS If you eat parsley then you are likely to have parsely breath!

I just read this in the book Beauty Feng Shui:

Drink one glass of milk or tea, or chew gum or use mouthwash. But the most effective way (she says) is to eat a small bunch of parsley.

I've heard this many times from many different sources: eat parsley to get rid of garlic breath.

But, garlic is pretty healthy for you, so I think it's worth a little social ostracization (-:.

Cut back on eating lots of garlic. Use a little at a time.

Chew on some parsley - it really works!
Mouthwash, gum, brushing teeth - none of that will do anything because the smell is coming from your gut, not just your mouth.
