Well for starters, weight loss is not good when it is fast, most of the time and for most people the weight will creep right back at you faster than you can imagine.
Weight loss should consist of Eating well, 6-8 glasses of water Min. and exercise in the form of cardio and resistance training.
Cardio atleast 30 minutes every other day to start and try doing some sort of resistance training 2 days. Alternate, cardio, resistance training, cardio, and so on so forth.
Smaller portions of food are better than big ones. What I recomend to my clients is usually 6 small meals rather than 3 big one. It sounds like alot, but actually it keeps you fuller all day long. Sometimes I also recomend cutting carbs out after 5pm and
So for instance a dinner would be something like Chicken and vegies. Portion size is a huge factor too. rull of thumb is a portion of meat would be the size of the palm of your hand.
Just remember it can take years to gain weight so dont expect to lose weight in a matter of weeks or months, depending on how much there is too lose. Never give up, set a goal and you will achieve it if you truly want it. I used to be 210 and now weigh 145, so see it can work. I now personally train people, and see people like how I was all the time. Good luck!

Well the first thing u can do is dont call urself fat cause that makes u feel alot more worse. I know that if u eat 6 small portions of food a day will help u increase ur metabolism rate. Eating 6 small portions of food a day helps ur body not be as hungry as u'd be if u only ate 2 meals a day. Ur metabolism will become faster because ur body will always be working to break down the food in ur body. If ur eating alot just turn those huge portions into small 2 fist size portions. ANd if ur wondering where i got all this info, i got it from Health class. GoodLuck

Portion control and exercise. Monitor your food intake. Try not to eat more than 10 ounces of food (cup your two hands together, that's about 10 ounces) at a time and make sure you exercise 45-60 minutes a day. Exercise in the morning for 30-45 minutes BEFORE you eat and another 30-45 minutes at night before you go to bed. Eat your 10 ounce portions 4 or 5 times a day when you are hungry--don't eat unless you are hungry and try not to stuff yourself when you are hungry.

Look at the calories in the food you eat, try not to eat too many foods with more than 30% fat calories. Also, be careful of empty calories in things like fruit juices and sodas, which can really add up.

Good luck!

For one, stop calling yourself fat. Psychologically, it will put a block on your will power to lose. As far as nutrition goes, when I wanted to lose weight, I joined ediets.com. I was amazed as to how well it works. It will help you find great and nutritions meals that appear small, but are very filling. You will some weight just from that alone. I advise checking it out.

Yoga or Pilates. They are low impact exercises that will help even out of shape people get a head start! I warn you though, some of the Pilates can be hard. Stick to the beginner stuff if it's your first time, or if you're not very flexible.

Instead of measuring everything cut your portions in half, if you get a burger and fries eat half and throw the rest away.
There is no yo-yo diet that will work it will take a life style change, and do not limit yourself to what you eat, just how much of it you place in your body.
And move!! If your on the couch bounce a leg, if on the phone pace...anything that you can do to boost your metabolism.
And please stop calling yourself fat...

There're no need to worried about...because the healthy of the body is the most!!! But I have three idea if you want to try.
First, no carbohydrate, sugaring, oilly food. Second, eat more vegetable and drink more water. The third one is the most important one.....do more exercise to burn up your fatty body!!!
