I would like to know if it is legal for a 16 year old in maryland to date a marine. I have heard it is ok but i want some one who really knows. Im looking this up for a friend of mine. They are to people in love but what he was grown up on was nothing under 18 unless the law says different. She has friends that tell her yes and no so iam doing this to get some more helpful answers

Too young, just wait a couple of years, if he is still around date then. Plus a Marine will move away to a new base and you may not see him again anyway.

it all depends on whether or not her parents approve..if they dont mind, then your friends already have her parents approval..this relationship wont be considered jailbait as long as its ok with her parents..
