I'm a legal immigrant and I'm totally against illegal. We the ones who do it the right way had to waited for so long, spend lots of money and sometimes got stuck in a back log. When these illegal people demanded so much stuffs it makes me sick! I understand the economical reasons but it is not the country's responsibility to take care of illegal immigrants. Just my 2 cents.

You're not an illegal immigrant until you enter a country that has not given you permission to enter.

People are often turned back when they arrive at an airport. For example if you arrive at a wealthy country from a poor country with all your family and one way tickets, then you will be unlikely to be allowed in.

When you are allowed in, it will be for a certain period of time. If you overstay this time, you will be an illegal immigrant then.
