Hi,
I have suffered with GAD - General Anxiety Disorder for 18 years. I do know a couple of great websites. One of them is a live chat room only for people with anxiety. I cannot list the web address on here because we try not to make it too public to avoid having people with out anxiety dropping in all the time. Everyone there totally understands and can offer so much help. I go there all the time when I feel an attack coming on. The people are all so kind and I dont know what I'd do without them.
Anyway, feel free to email me through here and I will be glad to give you the information I have. Good luck to you.

There is usually a Crisis Help Line you can call. Look in your phone book. If you have an anxiety disorder (chronic) then you need to see a therapist and begin treatment for this. Don't suffer when you don't have to. Been there and done it!
