in fact they do!!!
There are 2 road courses in Nascar
Infineon in CA and Watkins Glen in NY
they are road courses, run in the opposite direction to what the drivers are used to, so, in theory these tracks are run with more right turns than left.

They dont turn right because it would put the driver into the wall when they lose it in the turn.
If they put the driver on the opposite side then they could, lol, would be fun to watch.
