what can i do right now..i blew my diet today so i wanna work some calories off..please list things i can do at home

As a personal trainer I have seen this and heard this from 99% of my clients one time or another while im training them. I tell them all the same thing, Ok you messed up, its one day, there is nothing you can do about blowing your diet for today, you start fresh tomorrow. As long as you are not messing up everyday this isnt a major set back here. Dont beat yourself up over this.
Rule of thumb for me is 80% of the time I eat good, and i allow myself 20% of the time to not be perfect. So 5 days good and 2 days not so perfect. Remember no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes.
Good cardio however would be Running, Biking, Walking (at a good pace) or anything that gets your heart rate up just remember your limits and dont try anything that your body isnt used to. If your not used to heavy cardio know your limits.

How far along are you? Diets have been proven to not work that well since they make us crave more and when we've finished them well we can gain weight again. Stuff diets, unless you're one of the lucky few that finds they work.

Number 1 is don't beat yourself up about it! You just had a slip, no biggy, Just get back into your diet routine tomorrow and let today be a lesson learned. Good luck and take care.

Forgive yourself, you can always do better tomorrow. In fact, cheating once in awhile will only make you want to eat healthier and do better. You can dance, lift weights, workout to a tae-bo video, jump rope, situps, pushups, do house work, anything to keep you moving would be good. If you can leave your house..going for a jog around your neighborhood would be better.

Here is a great diet for you. Go make a batch of chocolate pudding. Take the pudding and a spoon upstairs. Eat a bite of the pudding. Throw the spoon out the window.Run down the stairs and retrieve spoon. Wash it off. Run upstairs with spoon and grab another bite of pudding. Throw spoon out the window......

Sit ups, dancing, pushups, vigorous household cleaning, using heavy objects as "weights" (large cans of juice, tomato sauce, etc.), gardening, walk around the neighborhood, the choices are yours.

Also, don't forget to forgive yourself and get back on that horse tomorrow.
