For the first time in 6 yrs I have to battle against temptation. Things have been hard in certain areas of our lives for several months and this person has been very helpful. My husband trusts him and they are good friends. I try to be casual but I am so afraid of his real motives. His presence is commanding and aggressive, I don't know how to avoid him because I need to be present in places where he is present and my husband doesn't.
I will try all advices you gave me. I hope someday I can get over it. I love my husband and he loves me. I know I will not be the one who will initiate an affair, but I don't know his side and his motive. We can't lose him right now, since we got so much help that we need from him.
Please tell me what to do..

ALL YOU CAN DO IS BE HONEST WITH YOUR SELF AND THIK
ABOUT WHAT THIS WILL DO TO THE ONE THAT YOU GAVE
YOUR HEART TOO. THINK ABOUT THE MARRIAGE
AND WHAT IT REALLY MEANT. YOU WENT INFRONT OF
GOD TO PROMISE YOUR LOVE AND COMMITED TO
THIS MAN. THINK ABOUT THAT WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT
DOING WRONG.

If this is the case, the person shouldn't be married. Marriage are for those who are ready to make a commitment. If you are having this problem, I suggest you talk to someone, because keeping this problem to yourself will probably result in no success. Might think its a bad idea to talk about such an issue, but if you can talk to someone you truly trust, you will see that they will have no problem helping you and supporting you.

Try masturbation to relieve the physical urge.
Physical activity is suggested to releive the mental urge.
We all have urges called fantasies and fantasies are just that, a fantasy because if it were to become a reality, it would endanger the union you have now.

If you can't overcome the temptation maybe you shouldn't have gotten married in the first place.

just think of what you'd be losing if you gave into it. you'd be losing your self respect, breaking the vows that you made to God and your spouse, and possibly losing the person you married. if that isn't enough to turn your stomach, I don't know what is.
please just give it some thought. every time you're tempted, ask yourself, is this person worth losing my spouse over.???
I really hope this helps you out.

Dont go to places where the "temptation" is--and when you have the "urge" go home to your husband and jump his bones. oh, and dont tell him why you had this sudden urge or you will be single again
