The car works great, no real complaints, but does anyone know about a problem maybe wth the vents? After it rains, there is condensation on the windshield, and a strange musty small in the interior of the car, almost like wet leaves. Any idea what the problem is? I know the car's old, but it's in pretty good shape (except for the smell when it's damp.)

Maybe someone is familiar with a problem in the model? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

It is musty leaves you will need to get a professional to remove the airconditioner evaporator and clean out the debris leaves that find there way into the A/C box and the drain gets clogged and mold and mildue rotting leaves yuck. I seperate the box pressure wash the eveperator and use bleach to clean up the mold. now is the time to spray good smelling disinfectant into the A/C evap coils.

i own a repair shop, and it is actually wet leaves in it ,the vents on these cars get stopped up real easy ,and if its ever been near a tree you can bet it has gathered a few of them in the vents, you have to clean the drainage system out on it ,when you open the doors you may see debris built up on the inside of the fenders, and this is part of it,but you also have to remove part of the heater box ,and get them out of there,,once they get in ,it is hard to get them out,but this is what causes it to do that, i spent today cleaning out my little 87 sentra and it will smell for a while even after its cleaned out,but this isn't too hard to do,,just take your time ,and you can get it all,,good luck,i hope this help,s..and happy thanksgiving.

What are the codes saved in laptop memory because the first step? there may nicely be a harness difficulty, yet instruct it first. In sorting out the TPS, the voltage is measured from both finally ends up contained in the difficulty-loose area 'go back' and by no potential to floor. One lead is the availability voltage from the PCM inner grant. One is the various signal decrease back to the PCM to inform what the placement is. One is the 'go back' decrease back to the PCM inner grant. that is the reason measurement to chassis floor isn't the finest option. in case you degree to chassis floor, that is going to likely be inaccurate and pretend. At relax, you should make sure about a million volt +/- a 10th and may develop with throttle software. Too severe or to low by some more effective quantity is out of limits. do not difficulty about the 'good' value at relax because the device self zeros (floating 0) it 'because that is personal reference aspect' each and each and every time you commence the motor. also it does not do any solid to ask why the air meter does something formerly proving the fault because the fault may nicely be another section. i'm not attempting to be sensible with you yet to get you to look at issues interior of a logical order and by no potential initiate hacking and questioning, with the intention to fix something. in case you've been to attempt this, it leads to extra confusion and extra self inflicted topics. also their is a mild probability the Mass airflow meter may be at fault the following to boot. solid success.
