Any temp should be alright as long as you use soapy water. It isn't that temp that kills the germs, but the friction. I prefer luke warm...too hot can burn and too cold is uncomfortable.

atleast warm, even if it stings a little bit. and remember to wash it with antibacterial soap to kill any germs that may get in/on it during the day.

luke warm, or what ever is comfortable for you..
the water temperature will have absolutly no affect on the tat..
