i am 16 and have a good figure just i gained some weight to my but and thighs and i weigh 134 now and im 5'4...i have been to the gym 3 days this week and eating healthy..today i blew it and i didnt exercise or a good dinner i ate good till tonight i had pizza and other stuff...not good i cheated..but yeah i wanna lose weight really bad so i am commiting even for this weekend..please let me know what i could do..do a whole meal plan...i eat really good why havent i lose weight yet?
